What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

In case you received a wrong item that was supplied incorrectly or received damaged products, we can offer a refund or exchange with no extra shipping cost. If this is the case, please inform us ASAP by emailing support@taliaheavensdew.com or contacting us here. Do not forget to include your name, address, order ID number, and reason for return or exchange in your email. Please allow 3-5 business days for handling your request.

Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation), Htsa"a -2010 and Consumer Protection Act, 1981.

What about Local Taxes in my Country?

We do not charge our international customers VAT from our side. However, VAT & more duties might be charged in each country according to its customs regulations.

Do You Accept Orders?

Yes, orders placed on this website are being sent globally. We deliver to most places in the world; however, if we can't return to your country, you cannot complete the order.
